Hemp can now legally be grown in Ohio. SANDUSKY — It's now legal in Ohio to grow hemp — marijuana's respectable cousin — and to widely sell CBD oil. The Ohio Department of Agriculture has planted what may be Ohio's first legal hemp crop and is gathering information to help farmers who may want to plant it next spring.
